Sally Luxmoore is a qualified nurse registered in both the United Kingdom and Spain. She has lived and worked in Mallorca since 1990, building extensive experience in specialist one-to-one care within the local community.
The agency was established in 2003 and rebranded as Angels Nursing and Babysitting Agency in 2004. It grew from Sally’s aim to provide immediate, flexible and professional support while maintaining personal attention, continuity and uncompromising standards.

Care should never be arranged from a label alone. Angels begins with a confidential conversation—and, for suitable local care arrangements, may include an initial assessment—to understand health, routines, family circumstances, location and personal preferences.
From there, recommendations are shaped around the actual situation. Support may be introduced at short notice where safe and feasible, adapted as circumstances change, and coordinated alongside a client’s own doctor or specialist.
Families can expect discretion, clear communication and direct agency involvement throughout an arrangement.
